cif2struct
The cif2struct reads case.cif as input and writes the output in case.struct. To execute it enter the following command:
cif2struct case.cif
To look at a typical case.cif file click here
If you let the cif2struct reads the above test4u.cif file (cif2struct test4u.cif), then it will generate the test4u.struct file.
